Why carpool?

It doesn't matter if you are a student, part-time worker or a professional... It's a win-win situation!

Travel without dramatically modifying our habits, it is possible and easy !

There are so many positive social, environmental and economic aspects to carpooling, everyone can benefit from the advantages!

For a large number of people, carpooling also offers the possibility of keeping or even finding employment in areas where public transportation is not always available. And for others, it means the pleasure of not having to drive as often during the winter months, or taking stress down a notch in rush hour traffic, finish reading that great book… There are so many interesting and different people we can meet, which makes dull commutes enjoyable!

I have never carpooled before. Do you have any tips?

• Is there a telephone number where you can be reached before departure?
• Be very precise in describing the agreed meeting place
• Arrive a little before the scheduled departure time
• Don't make an appointment with more than one member, doing so can complicate the situation!
• Be sure to have the exact amount to give to the driver once arrived at destination.
• Respect the agreed destination point; don't change your mind on the way there.
